Yes. In Brisbane, we offer a Same Day Hand Delivery is available for orders placed before 10am Monday-Friday. Same Day service is not available during December.
Gifts to a Door creates and delivers stunning gift baskets and gift hampers Australia Wide. We are Brisbane based, offering a reliable hand delivery service for Brisbane locations, and we ship by courier to all other locations.
Gifts to a Door personally ‘hand delivers’ Gift Hampers & Balloons all over Brisbane. Order before noon for Same Day Delivery.

Gifts to a Door has our own team of drivers that personally hand deliver to business or home addresses in Brisbane. The benefit of this service, is that your gift stays with us until delivery. Should any delivery issues occur, we make every effort to resolve the issue and complete delivery on the same day when possible. Same Day service is not available during December.
This service is offered exclusively to areas within our local delivery zone, the term "hand-delivery" means your package will be delivered "by hand" by one of our own drivers to the recipient’s address. Signatures and proof of delivery are obtained and time-stamped whenever possible, and kept on file for future reference.

Shipped By Courier is a term for all orders being delivered to areas outside of our local delivery zone will be shipped via one of our trusted third-party couriers. Such orders will be carefully packaged in a custom fit carton for shipping purposes.

*We ultimately reserve the right to determine whether we will be delivering a package to a local address via hand-delivery or courier based on various factors, including distance weather, proximity and public access.
Our delivery service is Monday – Friday only. On special event weekends such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and in the lead up to Christmas we open up special Saturday deliveries. These dates will appear in the calendar picker when available.
Yes, During the online order process you will be prompted to select your preferred delivery date. It is a good idea to consider how much time is required for delivery, this will be determined by your delivery location.

When an order is delivered to a recipient, the only item that is attached to the package is a greeting card & envelope addressed to the recipient. We do not include any sender’s details, so please remember to include your name in the card message if you would like the recipient to know who it is from. Under no circumstances do we send an invoice to recipients.

If you would rather the identity of the sender remain anonymous you can omit a sender’s name from the gift card message. However, recipients do reserve the right to know the identity of who sends them a gift, and often call us to inquire about this, at which point this information may be revealed to them.
When placing an order, we ask that all customers provide us with a phone number (mobile preferred) for the recipient. The purpose of this to assist with the successful delivery of your gift when problems occur, such as not home at time of delivery etc. As an experienced gift hamper company, we understand that most gifts are intended to be surprises, so please be assured that we will only phone the recipient if absolutely necessary.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Mail Lockers.
Yes, all customers have the option to provide their own free personal greeting card message. Simply follow the prompts when ordering online. While greeting card messages aren't mandatory, we encourage customers to write a message so the recipient knows who the gift is from.

If you realize you've forgotten to write a greeting card message, don't worry! Simply e-mail us the message you'd like to include (you can reply directly to your order confirmation), and we'll do our best to update it for you.
Price includes gift wrapping and decoration. Balloon prices include balloon inflation with helium. Delivery is an extra charge depending on delivery location. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars including GST.

Special terms apply to Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is only available for customers with an Australian Bank Account. Customers choosing this option must reply to their order confirmation email with a screenshot of their successful transfer.

Gifts will not be shipped until bank deposit payment has been cleared.
It's easy to ship to multiple addresses in the Cart. Simply add each gift as single items to the Cart. After selecting all of your gifts, you then go to the Cart where you will be able to click on the “Ship to Multiple Addresses” button at the top of the Cart page, and a "Set Delivery Address" button will appear next to each gift.

If you would like more than one gift to go to each address, after setting each shipping address you will be prompted with a tick-box next to each gift to tick which gifts are going to that address.

If you want to send the same gift hamper to multiple people, then please add each gift as single items to the Cart, so that you will be able to select a different shipping address against each item.

If you have a large number of gifts and addresses, you may find it easier to download the Multi-order Spreadsheet and complete and email to us, then one of our friendly staff will contact you to confirm your order details.
Just add all items to the Cart (hampers and/or balloons and any extra items), and we will know to deliver the items together.

You can also enter Order Comments during the checkout process to provide us with instructions about which items are to be grouped together if there is more than one hamper or there are several extra items. We will contact you if we need to clarify the presentation of the gifts.
Every effort is made to provide products as listed and illustrated. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we may be forced to substitute an item. In this case we will replace the product with a close alternative of similar or greater value. When extra gift items have been added by the customer to existing hampers we may have to change the box or basket to accommodate the additions.
Yes, Orders can be placed from anywhere in the world for delivery only within Australia.
Arrangements can be made for pickup from our Clontarf warehouse. Orders must be placed by phone, pre-paid and pick up time arranged.

We allow pickups between 8am – 12pm Monday- Friday.
