Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are possible providing the gift has not left our premises. If you need to cancel an order please contact us by phone or via our Contact Us page and our team will be able to assist. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used, within 2 business days. We are unable to refund custom creations or when gifts have left our premises and are with any courier for delivery, or have been delivered.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take enormous pride in the preparation and packaging of our gifts and are proud of the quality our products & service. We take the utmost care to ensure your gift is received in perfect condition and is exactly what you ordered.

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact us within 5 business days and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately. We will not ask you to return the damaged hamper, we will simply replace it. Photos of damaged goods may be required via email to better understand the issue. 

We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 10 days.

Gifts to a Door reserves the right to cancel any order that may appear suspicious or fraudulent.  We also reserve the right to cancel any orders that are incomplete or unpaid and the customer cannot be contacted.
